This is an early edition, since I’m headed to New York City Friday morning: I received one amendment on my Amended docket this week, and didn’t work on it, so I’m up to one amendment.

I did first action rejections on my oldest Regular New, and then on another Regular New, so I have been doing some work this week.

How long will you be in NYC? Maybe I could grab a beverage with you!

I’ll be in New York till around 4:00 PM Sunday, when my train back to DC departs. However, I’ll be attending meetings (I’m on the board of a non-profit) and socializing with fellow Board members. Possibly, if you drop by the Courtyard Marriott just after noon Sunday and before I have to head for Penn Station, we could meet for a bit.
