ndrosenNo amendments have appeared on my Amended, Special Amended, or Expedited dockets, so I’m still at zero. Someone did file a Request for Continued Examination, which was processed and showed up on my Regular New docket. At least two applicants have submitted amendments to cases in my Rejected docket, but these have not been processed.
I finished an Office Action on a Regular New case on Monday, just before the 3:00 PM cutoff; after that, I examined my oldest Regular New case, and finished a first Office Action on that. Now, I’ve been searching the prior art for my next oldest (non-RCE) Regular New.
