Borshch

A few hours ago, I made borshch for dinner, with beets, potatoes, and other ingredients. One of the potatoes was an ordinary red potato (with a white interior) from the supermarket, but two others were exotic purple potatoes from the farmers’ market. They may have added to the flavor and color of the result.
