ndrosenThis week, I got one regular amendment, and finished an Office Action on older amendment on my Amended docket, so I’m back to four cases on my Amended docket. I also dealt with the After Final on my Expedited docket. The Board decision affirming my rejection of a case remains on my Special Amended docket.
I also dealt with both of the two Request for Continued Examination cases on my Regular New docket, and now I’m working on an amendment, where the “amendment” was actually a response to a Restriction Requirement. That is, I sent the attorney a statement that the application was trying to patent several different inventions, he chose which set of claims he wanted to examine, and now I’m searching the prior art to find what’s relevant to those claims.
