Minestrone

ndrosenAt the farmers’ market this weekend, I bought new potatoes, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, an onion, and a large bunch of basil; with these, and some ingredients I already had on hand, I made a pot of minestrone last night. It was a pretty good dinner, and I have enough for two more nights.
