Sympathies on the skin cracking. Do you have eczema? I saw a friend mention Neo-Synalar as a huge gamechanger for them in addressing their eczema; I could share more info if that would be helpful.

I don't have eczema and I use CeraVe as a lotion, which is very helpful.
