The Red Queen’s Race

This week, I got one case on my Expedited docket: the applicant wanted to make minor corrections to the language in an allowed case, which I approved. Otherwise, I didn’t get any amendments, and didn’t work on any, so I have the same two amendments on my Amended docket that I had a week ago.

I completed and posted Office Actions, all of which were first action rejections, on three Regular New cases this week. This helped me make adequate production for the quarter. It isn’t great, but it is just sufficient that I should be rated Fully Successful in production for the quarter, and for halfway through the Fiscal Year. This is something to celebrate.
