The Red Queen’s Race

This week, I got one After Final amendment on my Expedited docket, and dealt with that; I also did an Office Action on the single amendment I had on my Amended docket, so I’m down to just one so-called amendment, actually a Board of Appeals decision on my Special Amended docket.

I finished an Office Action on a Regular New application Tuesday, although unfortunately well after 3:00 PM, so it counts for this biweek, not last biweek. I’m now working on my oldest Regular New case.
