Nike Sandals

I have never had any great love for the Nike Corporation, and I wear Converse athletic shoes without leather or suede, but when I hear of Trumpkins burning their Nike shoes and boycotting the company because it has celebrated Colin Kaepernick, I feel that I ought to do something. I do have a pair of Nike sandals, and I may get a spare pair the next time I’m in the mall.

The Red Queen’s Race

I got one ordinary amendment this week, so now I’m up to two amendments on my Amended docket, and three Board of Appeals Affirmances on on my Special Amended docket. (I didn’t deal with any amendments this week.)

I did a first action on my oldest non-RCE Regular New case, and now I’m working on a related Regular New case, which I hope to finish by 3:00 PM Monday. By the way, I have an interview with a patent attorney at 1:00 PM Monday.
