Vaccination and Sleep

I went to the doctors’ office Tuesday morning for the third in a series of three Hepatitis B shots, and after that, headed to work (I didn’t telework). Perhaps because of the vaccine, I felt drowsy during the afternoon, and when I got home, I did some serious napping, and then made a very late dinner, leaving a few other chores undone. I’ll try to shower and go to bed soon, and hope to be awake and functional tomorrow.

At least I can expect to be relatively safe from Hepatitis B.

As you say, 'perhaps'. I never had a reaction to the Hep B series, had it 6 or 7 years ago when I was working at the blind school. The only vaccination reactions that I've had were to Covid vaccinations: ran a mild fever afterwards for a couple of days, but then when I got the bi-valent booster back in March, no reaction! I was quite happy about that. But I'm immune-deficient, things are weird with me.

Got my flu shot Friday, no reaction at all. I try to get my vaccinations on Fridays just in case I do have a reaction, I have two days off to recover.
