A Penny

Friday morning, I went to the PTO Federal Credit Union for some change, including ten pennies for a dime (I like to have exact change for my morning coffee). One of the pennies seemed odd, and didn't show Honest Abe, so I thought it might be Canadian -- but wait, that wasn't Elizabeth the Second, either. On close examination, I found that it was a 1942 Canadian penny showing George VI.

I doubt it's worth much, but it's a little curiousity, so I kept it, and put it aside from the other pennies.

That's an oddity to get in your change, for sure.

Do you see many wheat pennies? We still find them from time to time.
