When the Covid pandemic began, at least for this patient with multiple chronic conditions or comorbidities, I was delighted that I already had N95 masks, since I think they sold out or became in rare supply almost overnight.🥹 😅

I was petrified and stressed and probably lots of other emotions, and ready to just isolate inside my house for who knows how long. 😳😅😵‍💫

If I were smart, I’d have used that time to cook through one of several cookbooks I have, especially those of Indian cuisine.

I don’t know if you like cookbooks, but Meera Sodha / I like hers, and two of them are vegetarian/vegan cookbooks. ☺️ I’ll show them to you the next time you visit. 💕
