Pumpkin Pie
Teleworking has its annoyances (lack of access to printers, for example), but I was able to take a long lunch hour, and prepare a pumpkin pie; then I could work while the pie baked. I had a slice for dessert, and it turned out well.
I also finished the etouffee last night; it turned out reasonably well, although if I make it again, I’ll go about preparing and cooking it a little differently. Live and learn.
